You have the right to receive any required document associated with this payment agreement in a non-electronic form. Should you choose to withdraw consent for electronic documents, please be aware that this may cancel your payment plan.
2. Scope of Consent
By agreeing to these terms, you consent to receive electronic notifications and documents related to this payment agreement and any broader categories of information as specified. This consent applies to all relevant transactions and communications under this agreement unless stated otherwise.
3. Withdrawal of Consent and Contact Information Updates
If you wish to withdraw your consent to receive electronic documents at any time, you may do so by following the procedures provided below. Additionally, you are responsible for updating us with any changes to your email address or other contact information to ensure continued receipt of electronic communications.
4. Hardware and Software Requirements
To access and retain electronic documents, you will need the following hardware and software:
A device capable of receiving, accessing, and retaining electronic records
An up-to-date web browser (e.g., Chrome, Firefox, Safari)
A PDF reader or similar software to view documents in PDF format
5. Affirmative Consent
Your electronic consent signifies that you can access and view electronic documents in the format provided. By providing your consent electronically through the portal, you confirm that you have the necessary hardware and software to receive and retain electronic documents.
